Got Banned on Hypixel? Read This First

If Hypixel banned or blocked your account, the worst move is panic-clicking through forums and buying the first thing someone DMs you.
Start with the official path. Then decide what makes sense.
Read the exact punishment reason
The reason matters. Hypixel separates normal punishments, suspicious activity blocks, competitive game bans, blocked usernames, and other cases.
Do not guess. Write down the exact message you see when joining the server. If you contact support or appeal later, that wording matters.
Appeals go through Hypixel's appeal system
Hypixel says punishment appeals must be submitted through the Hypixel Forums appeal form unless the punishment reason says otherwise. Support tickets generally do not overturn normal bans, mutes, or warnings.
If your appeal is denied, Hypixel says that decision is final. Sending the same story to a different support route is unlikely to help.
Secure your account if suspicious activity is involved
Suspicious activity blocks are treated differently. Hypixel says these blocks are issued when unusual activity suggests the account may have been compromised, and the block needs an appeal process.
Before appealing, secure the Microsoft account. Change passwords, review security info, and make sure your email is safe. Hypixel and Microsoft both emphasize that account owners are responsible for securing their accounts.
Do not use an alt to evade punishments
This is the part bad guides skip. Hypixel's rules list punishment evasion under unfair advantages, and competitive-ban evasion can result in more punishment.
That means an alt is not a magic permission slip. If you are under an active punishment, read the rules and appeal/wait instead of trying to dodge enforcement.
When an alt can still make sense
There are legitimate uses for a separate account: content recording, testing, privacy, practice outside a punished context, or keeping a project separate from your main account.
If you need a Hypixel-oriented account for a legitimate use case, use Hypixel unbanned accounts. Just understand what the label means: checked access at listing time, not immunity from future rules.
What not to believe
Do not believe anyone selling "unban methods." Do not pay for secret appeal scripts. Do not trust a Discord stranger who claims staff access. Do not install random "ban fix" mods or launchers.
If your client or mods caused the problem, go back to vanilla and read Hypixel's allowed-modifications guidance before reconnecting.
